Purpose of this consultation

This questionnaire aims to record views on a proposal to introduce a charge for telecare (also known as assistive technology) for those aged 85 and over who live alone. It also aims to collect general feedback on telecare to help improve the service in the future.

You can give your views either by:
  • Completing this online questionnaire
  • Filling out a paper version of the questionnaire, copies of which have been made available in council offices and libraries in the larger Cheshire East towns. Paper versions of the questionnaire have also been circulated to all council Telecare users.
