Purpose of this consultation

Through co-production, Cheshire East Council and our partners have developed an All Age Autism Strategy. This sets out the vision, ambitions, and commissioning intentions for people who in Cheshire East of all ages who experience autism in their lives. The main aim of the strategy is to ensure that all individuals can live a healthy, happy and independent life with choice and control over the care that they receive.

The Strategy has been co-produced with parents, carers and individual who experience autism, as we are committed to listening to the user voice and incorporating it within our strategy and future commissioning intentions. We will continue to work with those involved, as we work through the proposed areas of focus that are laid out in the strategy.
