Carrs Park, Wilmslow Dog Fouling and Dog Control Public Space Protection Order proposed extension 2026

In accordance with its duty under Section 72(3) of the Act, the Council would like to seek your views on the proposed extension of The Carrs Park, Wilmslow Dog Fouling and Dog Control Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). The PSPO took effect on 20th October 2020, was extended on the for 3 years starting 20th October 2023 and unless extended again will expire at midnight on 19th October 2026. A copy of our current order and "notice to extend" can be found on the Cheshire East Website

At this stage the council is seeking to extend the order in its entirety with no amendments or changes.
  
The closing date for this consultation is 12pm on Monday 14th September 2026
