Market engagement Survey: Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service

Cheshire East Council would like to hear from parents, carers and young people about their awareness and experiences of the SEND Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service (MDRS). The feedback you provide will help us understand how well the service is working and identify ways to improve it in the future.

The MDRS is an independent service that helps families, young people, education providers, and the local authority resolve disagreements relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Mediation aims to find solutions through discussion and collaboration, helping everyone work together in the best interests of children and young people.

All responses are confidential, and taking part is entirely voluntary.
