Purpose of this survey

This survey is aimed at parents/ carers of children under the age of 19 (or under 24 with learning disabilities). The survey is being conducted to help us to understand how parents currently access support for their children when they have concerns about their physical or emotional health. This will then help us to design the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme so that it is accessible for children and their parents, giving them access to the right information and support in the right way, at the right time.

The research will be shared with the public at future consultation events and professionals as part of the market testing and engagement process. All information is anonymous.
