Notice of intention to make an excessive vehicle noise and anti social driving public spaces protection order
In accordance with its duty under Section 72(3) of the Act, Cheshire East Council is seeking your views on a proposed Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) aimed at addressing excessive vehicle noise and anti-social driving.
The proposed PSPO has been developed in response to ongoing concerns about excessive vehicle noise and anti-social driving behaviours across Cheshire East. If introduced, the Order would apply to all public places within the borough and would provide the Council and its partners with additional powers to help prevent and address these issues where appropriate.
