Here at Cheshire East Council, we strive to provide a suitable and accessible service for all. To help us achieve this, as part of our ongoing improvements and customer experience surveys, we would like to understand what would be most important to you if you were to contact the council, what we need to prioritise and where we need to improve. 

Some of the questions are based on past experience with contacting the council, but not all of them, you can answer the majority of questions based on what you would like to see if you did have to contact the Council in the future.
